B. Service Commitment
1. Ensure to provide users with good pre-sales and after-sales services, introduce product performance and usage requirements, and provide relevant information before ordering.
2. Provide technical training on user needs, conduct quality tracking and user access for key users, timely improve product performance based on user needs, and continuously improve product quality.
3. After receiving a notice from the user requesting to solve any problems that arise during the use of the product, our company will make a preliminary response within 1 hour, and major issues will arrive at the site within 24 hours.
4. The equipment and products supporting the project shall be delivered in accordance with the contract requirements. For those requiring technical services, professional technical service personnel will be dispatched to participate in the unpacking acceptance and guide the installation and debugging work until the equipment operates normally.

D. Sonicway Power Supply Product Aftersales Service Process
The after-sales service commitment of Zhongwei Imagination Power Products is:
One year replacement and two year warranty, with specific details as follows:
(1) The definition of one-year replacement refers to the possibility of replacing the power supply within 12 months from the date of sale to the customer if there are non human quality issues.
(2) Two year warranty definition: refers to the power supply that has experienced non human quality issues within 12 months but not 24 months from the date of sale to the customer, and can be repaired for free, with the customer bearing the shipping cost.
Regulations on the expiration of the warranty period: For power supply products that have passed the two-year warranty period, if customers request repair services, Zhongwei Imagination Power will provide chargeable repair services, including freight, labor costs, and component costs.
(3) Determination of warranty date: When Sonicway Power Supply officially leaves the factory, the production date is printed on the product sticker, so that customers can correctly calculate the warranty period and determine whether the product is within the warranty period when repairing.
The QA department of Sonicway Power Supply shall issue a testing report and handling opinions within 7 working days after receiving the repaired power supply
